Is there a cut off for Same Day Delivery?
Same day delivery is absolutely possible if you place your order before 2:00 PM on the same day. Kindly note that orders after our 2:00 PM order cut-off your order will be delivered the next day.
What time will my flowers arrive?
Once your order is in the hands of our courier we have no way of telling exactly what tie it will arrive.As a general rule home deliveries are made between the hours of 7am - 7pm and business deliveries are made between the hours of 9am - 5pm. To minimize delivery costs to our customers all deliveries are placed with our courier for delivery at a time which fits in with their delivery schedule. Couriers will attempt to honour requests for specified times but we are unable to guarantee that your requests will be met. Flower Forum can organise same day delivery for flower orders before 2pm Monday to Friday or before 12pm on Saturdays.

For residential areas, delivery takes place until 7:00 PM. For business areas, delivery takes place until 4 - 5:00 PM.
What happens if nobody is home?
If nobody is home our courier will usually leave your gift in a safe location (only if it is deemed safe to do so). If this is not possible our courier will return the flowers back to Flower Forum and we will try to contact the recipient with instructions about how to collect the gift.
